Primary Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Lead in our sales team in Sandton, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective and efficient sales processes to meet customer needs;
  • Overseeing sales teams to bring in outstanding financial solutions to clients;
  • Maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships to achieve company goals, and develop short and long-term plans to achieve financial goals to increase economic stability;
  • Analyzing strategies to advance leadership opportunities for your team;
  • Offering an ever-improved service to clients, focusing and acting professionally every day;
  • Consistently fostering strong cooperative relationships via all means of communication.

  • Education: You must possess a Qualification in Sales or related field of study obtained from either South Africa or an internationally approved institution (Attested copy required)
  • Age/Experience/Blood Group: Not Specified
  • Experience in Sales Leadership or a sales team preferred, proficiency in MS Office (Excel included) recommended;

  • As you will be expected to learn the nature of the business and become updated on policy periodically you must be an active learner always and contribute positively positively at all times.
  • Some great qualities you will need to make this fit for:

  • Excellent leadership and communicative abilities
  • Time management and prioritizing the plans and doing all tasks with an attention level to help resolve matters with less and less stress each time any problems on task arise
  • Prior experience within Customer Care, Retail or Sales industry can also look great which also includes an excellent reputation!
  • Relevant qualification in business administration, sales and/or professional development encouraged and also considered
  • Have the good disposition, to go an extra mile. This fits in character if you have an honest respectful, trust –able and polite way of interacting which creates relationship and resolves the problems and build on others and enjoy staying true to improve
