What you’ll do:
As an Officer: Credit Policy and Governance, you will play a vital role in managing and implementing business improvement initiatives across the credit value chain. Your main focus will be on engaging with stakeholders, drafting, approving, publishing, and maintaining credit policies and credit governance documents, align with credit governance standards. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and updating credit policies: This involves defining the overall business credit requirements, considering factors like process efficiency, credit risk, compliance, and local legislation. You’ll be responsible for proposing solutions that meet all these requirements.
- Innovative policy development: You’ll analyze, research, design, recommend, and implement new credit policies and processes while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Policy decision-making: Your decisions will help create the right target portfolio, align with the credit risk framework, and meet group strategic and regulatory requirements.
