Job Summary:
Capitec Bank Ltd is inviting suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position of Client Experience Specialist II – West. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class client experience by executing activities across the entire client experience scope.

Job Description:
The Client Experience Specialist II – West will be responsible for:

  • Applying deep subject matter expertise and research findings to influence the development and integration of client experience standards into the product development life cycle, actively using Design Thinking principles.
  • Working independently and assuming decision-making authority and ownership of the end-to-end delivery (insights, design, measurement, and experience testing) of complex client experience solutions, in line with the business, product, and client experience strategies, as well as brand fundamentals.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4-6 years in a client experience environment.
    • Proven experience in applying client experience principles.
    • Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing client experience elements.
    • Client journey and process mapping.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
  • Knowledge:
    • Minimum of:
      • Client experience principles and practices.
      • Service design principles.
      • Research methodologies and application.
      • Data analysis and measurement methodologies.
      • Facilitation and stakeholder management.
      • Design Thinking principles.
      • Consumer psychology/ Behavioural psychology.
    • Ideal:
      • Commercial insights relating to client experience.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Communications skills.
    • Planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
