Responsibilities:
- Use data to understand client behavior and develop personalized engagement strategies that speak to their needs and preferences.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and refine engagement strategies through A/B testing, pilot programs, and iterative improvements.
- Develop data-driven frameworks that leverage predictive analytics to anticipate client needs and preferences.
