Job Summary:

We’re looking for a talented Client Engagement Manager to join our team! As a Client Engagement Manager at Capitec bank, you’ll use data, experimentation, and behavioral science to create client engagement strategies that drive real results.

Responsibilities:

  • Use data to understand client behavior and develop personalized engagement strategies that speak to their needs and preferences.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and refine engagement strategies through A/B testing, pilot programs, and iterative improvements.
  • Develop data-driven frameworks that leverage predictive analytics to anticipate client needs and preferences.
  • Utilize behavioral science principles, such as nudging and decision biases, to craft prompts and engagement tactics that influence positive client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client engagement and behavioral science.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, psychology, or data science.
  • Proven experience in client engagement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing, as well as data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in client engagement.
