As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and ensuring their experience is nothing short of amazing.
What’s the Job About?
As a Bank Better Champion, your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning
- Providing excellent client service and assisting clients at the ATM and remote or self-service channels
- Gaining knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting
What Do I Need to Get Started?
While prior experience is not necessary, we do require:
- A Grade 12 National Certificate
- Basic calculations and communication skills
- Ability to engage with people and understand their aspirations
If you have some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment, that’s even better!
Ideal Qualifications:
- Some knowledge of bank branch environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
What Skills Do I Need?
To excel as a Bank Better Champion, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Ability to build relationships and manage interactions
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
