What You’ll Bring to the Role
Experience:
- Minimum:
- 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
- OR a relevant tertiary qualification if no prior experience.
- Ideal:
- Over 1 year of client service experience in retail, financial, or banking sectors.
- Proven ability to thrive in sales and customer-facing roles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Required:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Preferred:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in Finance or Banking.
Knowledge:
- Essential:
- Basic calculation skills.
- Understanding of retail or consumer service environments.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s products and processes.
- Knowledge of internal business policies, especially the Branch Credit Granting Policy (BCGP).

Skills You Need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management abilities.
