What you will do every day
Set up rooms – Follow booking details, arrange chairs, tables and any equipment needed, and make sure stationery and other supplies are in place. Reset the room after each meeting.
Keep things spotless – Dust, wipe and sanitise surfaces regularly. Refill water, tissues and other items so the room always looks presentable.
Help staff and visitors – Greet people politely, answer quick requests during meetings, and bring extra supplies when needed. Keep things confidential when meetings are private.
Stay safe – Report any damage or faults right away, follow health‑and‑safety rules, use cleaning products correctly, and keep walkways free of obstacles.
Who should apply
Education – Matric (Grade 12) is preferred.
Experience – Any background in cleaning, hospitality or office support is a plus. Having worked in a corporate setting before helps but isn’t mandatory.
Skills – Basic knowledge of audio‑visual gear is useful. You must be able to follow clear instructions and work with a team.
Physical ability – Must be able to move light furniture and equipment safely.

Working hours
