Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

Receive, unpack, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
Monitor stock levels, minimizing risks like stock loss through defined processes.
Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
Authorize product write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns.

Sales Growth & Profitability

Analyse sales and profitability reports to identify areas for improvement.
Work with management to develop and implement operational action plans.
Review product performance and provide feedback to the support centre.
Identify and propose opportunities to increase sales and brand visibility.

Education: Grade 12 qualification.
Experience: 2–3 years in a Supervisory/Assistant Store Management role.

- Budgeting and financial planning.
- Retail trade and brand management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
