• Job Title: General Assistant

💼 Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks as a General Assistant will include:

1. Helping Customers: Share helpful information about products, assist customers with their shopping, and answer their questions.
2. Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and make sure they leave happy.
3. Warm Greetings: Greet customers with a smile and offer to help them.
4. Promotions & Deals: Inform customers about special offers and promotions.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a top-notch shopping experience to every customer.
6. Payment Handling: Process payments, handle cash, card transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Stock Management: Receive deliveries, check stock, and keep shelves full and tidy.
8. Shelf Restocking: Quickly refill items that run out to avoid empty shelves.
9. Store Cleanliness: Dispose of waste properly, clean areas like the kitchen and storeroom, and maintain a clean shopping space.
10. Stock Takes: Assist in stock checks to ensure everything is accounted for.
11. Safety & Security: Follow all safety, health, and emergency procedures.

🔧 Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
• Language: Must be able to communicate well in English.
• Location: Must live within 25km of Equestria, Gauteng.
• Clear Record: A clean criminal record is required.
