How Does the Programme Work?
Theory Sessions
The programme kicks off with a 10-day theory session. You’ll learn about:

- Store operations
- Merchandising
- Sales techniques
Practical Training
After the theory phase, you’ll get to work in a Pick n Pay store. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Work with a mentor
- Get hands-on experience in retail
- Apply what you learned in the theory sessions
Monitoring and Assessment
To make sure you’re getting the most out of the programme, there will be regular check-ins with mentors and formal assessments. At the end of the programme, a final assessment will check your overall performance.
