- Try out simple selling tricks, such as recommending a matching t‑shirt when a customer buys shorts (upselling) or showing a pair of socks that match the shoes they’ve chosen (cross‑selling).
- Keep the store clean – sweep floors, wipe counters and tidy fitting rooms.
- Watch for anything out of place and report suspicious activity to protect store merchandise.
- Take part in in‑store and online training sessions so you know the latest product features and trends.
- Look at basic performance reports (Power BI) to see which items sell best and why.
