What You’ll Need to Apply
ABSA is looking for motivated individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: A completed Diploma in Finance is required.
- Advantage: Preference will be given to candidates with Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Financial Advisor Learnership participant, you will:
- Sales and Service Delivery:
- Facilitate seamless sales activation and fulfillment for new and existing customers.
- Provide personalized service to enhance customer loyalty and drive referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build consultative relationships to deepen connections with customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of credit and fraud-related queries.
- Sales Activation and Reporting:
- Manage sales processes, ensure fulfillment, and provide regular reports on customer queries and trends.
- Risk and Governance Compliance:
- Adhere to all internal and external policies, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
- Escalate risks as necessary.
- Customer Experience Management:
- Deliver service that strengthens ABSA’s brand and enhances customer experiences.
