As a Sales Assistant you will act as a Brand Ambassador, making each visit to the store a pleasant memory for customers while supporting the team with daily tasks such as stocking shelves, arranging displays and keeping the shop clean. What you will do every day
- Greet every customer with a smile and make them feel welcome.
- Listen to what shoppers need and guide them to the right products.
- Keep the shelves stocked and tidy so items are easy to find.
- Set up product displays that look attractive and match store standards.
- Pick up any stray items, tidy the floor and make the store look fresh throughout the day.
- Work with teammates during busy periods to hit sales targets and keep operations running smoothly.
- Support special projects and community initiatives promoted by the Cotton On Group Foundations.
- Follow all store policies, safety rules and presentation guidelines.
