About the Role
Clicks Group is hiring two shop assistants/cashiers for the Clicks store at Gezina Galleries in Pretoria. This is a permanent, full‑time job in a busy retail environment that sells health, beauty and everyday items. You will work at the checkout, make sure every sale is recorded correctly, and keep the shop tidy and appealing. You’ll also help customers find the best deals and learn about Clicks’ loyalty program, the Clicks ClubCard.
Main Tasks
- Scan items accurately and ring up purchases.
- Collect cash, card or mobile payments without errors.
- Register Clicks ClubCard points and invite shoppers to join the program.
- Explain current promotions, discounts and special offers to customers.
- Greet shoppers with a friendly smile and provide fast, courteous service.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized and ready for the next customer.
- Stock shelves, set up displays and follow visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Help keep the whole store neat, including aisles, fitting rooms and back‑of‑house areas.
- Follow all Clicks policies, safety rules and standard operating procedures.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador, showcasing Clicks as the go‑to health and beauty retailer.
What You Should Have
