Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for Traffic Learner Officer Learnership vacancies. The closing date for applications is Friday 24 July 2026 at 16:30.

What the job will involve
- Driving: You must be comfortable behind the wheel and able to handle a standard motor vehicle safely.

Who can apply
- Education: You need a Grade 12 certificate or an NQF Level 4 qualification that is recognised by SAQA.

- License: A valid South African driver’s licence is mandatory.
- Clean record: You must not have a criminal record and must be eligible to possess a firearm under the Firearm Control Act 2000 (or any similar law).
- Health: You should be medically, mentally and physically fit for the training. The department will ask for a health clearance.
- Appearance: Visible tattoos are not allowed for this role.
- Fitness for duty: You must not have been declared unfit to hold a firearm or perform safety‑related tasks.
