The Multi‑Skilled Employee works where the action happens in the cinema – at the ticket desk, the snack bar, the popcorn machine and on the cinema floor. You will help guests have a great time by selling tickets, making treats, and keeping the place tidy. The role is a fixed‑term contract and is perfect for anyone who likes a fast, fun environment and enjoys helping people.
Main duties
- Ticket & cash handling – run the box office and sell tickets quickly and accurately.
- Snack service – prepare popcorn, soft drinks, slushes and other treats following quality rules.
- Clean‑up – keep the kitchen, counters and public areas neat and safe.
- Display work – set up posters, product stands and promotional material the right way.
- Shift prep – help get the cinema ready for each shift, checking supplies and equipment.
- Health & safety – follow all safety rules, store food correctly and report any problems.
- Customer care – greet guests with a smile, answer questions and suggest extra snacks or offers.
- Team support – assist supervisors with any additional tasks that keep the cinema running smoothly.
What you need
