The National Youth Development Agency invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for its Influencer Training Camp in China. The closing date for applications is 14 April 2026.
What Is This Camp About?
The NYDA is running a special program that brings together young South African influencers for a ten‑day experience in China, from 11 May to 20 May 2026. This is a chance to learn new skills, meet other creators from around the world, and share South African culture on an international stage.
The camp focuses on three main topics:
- Digital innovation & technology – Find out how the newest apps, AI tools, and online trends work.
- Culture, storytelling & creative industries – Learn how to turn music, fashion, food, and art into compelling online stories.
- Tourism & global youth exchange – See how travel content can connect people from different countries.
By the end of the program, participants will have fresh ideas for their own channels and a portfolio of content created right in China.
