What You’ll Do As a General Assistant
You won’t just be standing around. General Assistants are the heart of the store. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:- Preparing food according to Nando’s recipes and kitchen standards
- Keeping track of stock in your area to make sure nothing runs out
- Following health and safety rules to keep the kitchen safe and clean
- Making sure your station (where you work) is always neat and tidy
- Helping open and close the store, doing what needs to be done for a smooth day
- Standing in for teammates when they’re off
- Doing extra tasks when asked – showing you’re a team player
