What You’ll Need
Qualifications and Experience:
- A National Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
- 2 years’ experience in Infrastructure Maintenance OR a similar role in continuous improvement and project management.
- Proven success coordinating process improvement initiatives and key operational projects.
- A valid Code B Driver’s License, with the ability to operate such a vehicle.

Knowledge Required:
- Infrastructure Maintenance Management processes.
- TFR (Transnet Freight Rail) Business Processes.
- Process Governance.
- Report Writing.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software like MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
