What You’ll Do
- Make every shopper feel special – Give a “wow” experience with friendly help and quick answers.
- Help customers find their perfect toy – Suggest items, explain prices, and talk about warranties.
- Sell not just toys, but extra add‑ons – Show customers how extra stuff can make their purchase even better.
- Keep the shop looking sharp – Price tags, displays, and promotion banners all look good and are easy to spot.
- Run sales promos on time – Follow the schedule so customers see the deals you’ve promised.
- Track which products sell – Tell the store manager what’s flying off the shelves and what’s not.
- Count stock and guard against loss – Join in inventory checks and protect the store’s goods.
- Maximise sales everywhere in the store – Make sure each section of the shop earns money.
You Need
- A Matric certificate.
- At least six months of experience working in a shop.
- Reliable transport so you can get to work on time for your shift.
Your Skills
- Target‑driven – You want to hit sales numbers and reach your goals.
- Great talker – Clear communication and a friendly tone are key.
- Hard‑working – You keep going even when things get busy.
- Know your products – Understanding the range and how to show it helps customers decide.
- Fast multitasker – You can move between helping a customer, tidying a shelf, and managing a phone call all at once.
