About the Job
Orion Group is looking for a permanent Car Rental Agent to run a small fleet of vehicles at our Parktown office in Gauteng.
If you like cars, can handle paperwork, and enjoy solving problems, this might be the job for you.
What You’ll Do

Run the fleet every day.
Keep track of our Code 08 cars, pickup trucks (bakkies), and small vans that staff use. -
Take care of paperwork.
Make sure all licenses, insurance, and fines are filed correctly so we stay legal. -
Fix problems quickly.
If a car gets into an accident, investigate it and arrange repairs with mechanics. -
Write reports.
Produce weekly and monthly summaries that show how the fleet is doing, what it costs, and when we need maintenance. -
Order parts.
Buy spare parts and supplies to keep the vehicles running smooth. -
Handle emergency calls.
Pick up break‑downs and coordinate fast help from body shops or service teams.
What We’re Looking For

High‑school diploma (Matric).
This is a must. -
Driver’s licence and a personal car.
You’ll need the licence and to have a car handy for work tasks. -
Fleet experience.
You should have dealt with vehicle administration before and know basic car mechanics. -
Good at admin work.
Be able to keep paperwork organized and create clear reports. -
Independent and safe.
You’ll manage the fleet on your own while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind.
