What We’re Looking for

What You’ll Do
- Learn the ropes: During the first few months, you’ll shadow experienced staff and attend training sessions.
- Work on projects: Get hands‑on experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
- Use digital tools: Help us switch to new software that makes data sharing faster and more accurate.
- Travel: In the program you’ll visit different factory sites and distribution centers across Africa, seeing how products get from the warehouse to the shop.
