Job Overview
- Position: Warehouse Worker – Cycle Count
- Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
- Type: Permanent
- What You’ll Do: You’ll count items in the warehouse on a regular schedule, check that the count matches the computer records, and help keep the warehouse tidy and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Cycle Counts: Perform inventory counts at set times and record the results.
- Spot Check: Find and fix any differences between the counted numbers and the computer data.
- Warehouse Clean‑up: Help arrange shelves and storage so that everything is easy to find.
- Teamwork: Work with other warehouse staff to finish counts on time.
- Safety: Follow all safety rules while moving goods and operating equipment.
What We Look For
- School Certificate: A Matric or an equivalent diploma.
- Experience: At least one year working in a warehouse or a similar setting is a plus.
Skills You’ll Need
- Attention to Detail: Make sure numbers are correct.
- Independence: Follow instructions and work on your own when needed.
- Basic Computer Use: Know how to use an inventory system on a computer.
