What You’ll Do

Imagine you’re the go‑to person for all the paperwork and planning that keep a big business running smoothly. In this role, you will:

  • Help run meetings – Be ready to share ideas in strategy talks and in company‑wide change projects.
  • Plan mini‑meetings – Organise quick, on‑the‑spot gatherings with people you need to talk to.
  • Spot problems early – If something could waste time, money, or hurt the team, you’ll raise it before it gets worse.
  • Join projects – Work on new ideas or ongoing projects, either inside MTN or across the globe.
  • Finish paperwork – Produce reports and documents needed for decisions or new plans.
  • Support plans – Make sure daily work lines up with bigger company targets.
  • Write and design – Create and polish presentation slides that follow MTN’s style guide.
  • Track numbers – Gather and update business metrics for senior managers and team members.
  • Keep learning – Find and share knowledge in our libraries so teammates can easily find what they need.
  • Talk to partners – Work with local team members on big or important opportunities.
  • Make service documents – Draft add‑ons to contracts, training material, and business decks.
  • Keep rules tidy – Help update policies and procedures as needed.
  • Show up with confidence – Be respected by coworkers and outside partners.
  • Help around – Do extra help with office tasks, plan, and organise whenever it’s needed.

Your Success Measure

You’ll be judged by how well you:

  • Stick to the deadlines and budget set for each task.
  • Follow the company policies and processes.
  • Keep agreed service levels (SLAs).
  • Deliver reports that are on time and accurate.

What It Takes To Be Part of This Team

Education

  • A 3‑ or 4‑year college degree or diploma that is relevant to the job.

Experience

  • 0 – 2 years of work or school projects that involved teamwork, writing reports, or using computers.
