What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Support Representative
Your main job as a Customer Support Representative is to make sure every Mr Price Money customer walks away happy. You’ll be the voice of the company, answering questions, solving issues, and helping people through phone calls, emails, online messages, and more. What You Need to Apply
You don’t need a fancy degree, but you do need to meet some basic requirements:- Matric / Grade 12 is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Good knowledge of NCA, CPA, POPI, and ICASA rules – or at least a willingness to learn.
- Know your way around online shopping.
- Great English communication skills – you’ll need to speak and write clearly.
