Salary: R149,028.00 – R163,260.00 per year (Level 13 of a Grade 04 Local Authority)
Total Package (including all benefits): R277,497.44 per year

📋 What Are the Requirements?

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum Grade 10 (Grade 12 is an added advantage)
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in general work related to the Electrical Section within a Local Government Authority
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
Skills:

  • Good physical health and basic skills for manual labor
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual)
  • Ability to follow and execute instructions
  • Hardworking and self-disciplined personality

🔹 Load & Unload Materials: Safely handle equipment and materials with protective tools.
🔹 Traffic Safety: Place traffic signs to alert road users of municipal work being done on the roads.
🔹 Clean Work Areas: Ensure the work environment remains clean and safe.
🔹 Support Tasks: Perform labor-related tasks as instructed by the supervisor or superintendent.
🔹 Ad Hoc Duties: Complete any additional tasks required by management.
