Who We’re Looking For
1. Site Coordinators (2 positions)

- Location: One office in the Gert Sibande District and one in the Nkangala District
- Salary: R9 450 per month (gross)
2. Site Administrators (8 positions)
- Reference: CWPMP02/11/2025
- Locations:
- Gert Sibande District – 3 offices
- Nkangala District – 3 offices
- Ehlanzeni District – 2 offices
- Salary: R6 300 per month (gross)
What the Jobs Involve
Site Coordinator
- Lead the Community Work Programme (CWP) at your site.
- Work with local people, businesses, and government partners.
- Keep track of training plans and report on progress.
- Make sure all reports and payments are accurate and on time.
- Help create a business plan for the site and monitor performance.
- Keep documents organized and secure.
- Do any extra tasks that help the team succeed.
Site Administrator
- Manage the registration, verification, and time‑tracking of participants.
- Check for people who are no longer part of the programme or who are working elsewhere.
- Process UIF payments for participants who leave.
- Keep an accurate count of participants to meet targets.
- Help with reports and audit requests.
- Keep both paper and digital records in order.
- Support team meetings and help supervisors set clear performance targets.
- Work with the storekeeper to track assets.
- Make sure everyone is paid correctly and on time.
What We Need From You
- Education – High school diploma (matric) or a university degree/diploma in Social Sciences or a similar field. A university qualification is a plus.
- Experience –
- For Site Coordinators: at least 3 years of coordination, admin, and people‑management experience.
- For Site Administrators: Computer skills and a good grasp of data entry.
- Computer Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Location – You must live in the municipality where the job is posted.
- Driver’s License – A valid license is required for the Coordinator role.
- Documents – Bring a signed cover letter, your CV, certified copies of your highest qualification, ID copy, driver’s licence, and a copy of your district name.
