In this role you will work under a Pharmacy Manager and follow the rules of the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC). You’ll get hands‑on experience in medicine dispensing, patient care, and the day‑to‑day tasks that keep a pharmacy open and honest.
What You’ll Do
- Give Medicines Right: You’ll help fill prescriptions, choose the best generic medicine when needed, and double‑check that every medicine is correct.
- Talk to Customers: You’ll explain how to use medicines and answer questions. Your explanations help patients feel safe and satisfied.
- Keep Stock in Order: You’ll help count inventory, spot shortages or over‑stocks, and control waste.
- Support the Team: You’ll join the shop floor crew and work with clinics near the store. Your teamwork helps meet sales and health goals.

Minimum Requirements
