Job Purpose
Implementation of the Business Process Management Strategy
Application Requirements:
Must have completed an appropriate three-year tertiary
career-related degree or national diploma in Operations
Management, Management Services or Industrial Engineering
Must be a resident of the Tshwane area (proof of residence will
be required at the selection stage)
Must be between the ages of 22 and 30 years old
Personal Attributes / Competencies:
Willing to work in a team; Enthusiastic and eager to learn; Good
communication skills
Primary Fuctions :
The student will be responsible for the implementation of the
Business Process Management Strategy, which will include the
following:
Mapping departmental business processes, including inter- and
intra-departmental value chains
Training departments on the documentation of standard operating
procedures
Reviewing documented standard operating procedures in line with
mapped processes
Facilitating the approval of the mapped and documented process
maps and standard operating procedures
Facilitating the optimisation of inefficient and ineffective processes
Training departments on different business process management principles
Facilitating root cause identification sessions
