About the Role:
As a Product Specialist at Capitec Bank, you will be responsible for managing and automating credit processes for our state-of-the-art system, nCeno, which was launched in 2022. This role involves working closely with stakeholders on pre- or post-approval processes, gathering and specifying requirements, and ensuring that development stays aligned with those requirements. You will also facilitate communication between the business, credit teams, and developers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and specify requirements for the nCeno system
- Work closely with developers to ensure that development stays aligned with business requirements
- Facilitate communication between the business, credit teams, and developers to ensure effective project delivery
- Manage and automate credit processes for the nCeno system
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Collaborate with external developers to ensure that project timelines are met
Requirements:
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Experience working with workflow-based systems, such as Salesforce
- Background in project delivery within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Strong grounding as a Business Analyst, with the ability to manage requirements effectively
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
