Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Operational Support Specialist to join our team in Bellville. As a Dialler Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results-driven performance in a fast-paced call centre environment. You will play a key role in supporting our dialler campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining optimal service levels. Responsibilities:
- Support dialler campaigns to achieve service level agreements and quality targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign accomplishment and process improvement
- Analyze and resolve technical and customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of campaigns and customer requirements
- Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain up-to-date customer information and update databases
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to provide high-quality feedback and insights
- Continuously identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding service level agreements
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a dialler-based environment
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and adapting to change
- Strong analytical and time management skills
