As a Business Intelligence Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, identifying business needs, and developing insights to drive business decisions.
- Developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, data dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment between business and analytics teams.
- Presenting findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring that they are actionable and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics teams, to ensure seamless integration of business and technology solutions.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Who We Need:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Business Analyst with:
At least 5 years of experience working in a business intelligence and data warehousing environment.
Proven track record of drafting business requirement specifications and translating them into technical requirements.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business problems.
Commercial thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or ECBA) is an added advantage.
