As a Better Champion, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating the branch flow, and providing excellent client service. You will also be responsible for assisting clients at the ATM and helping them complete transactions on various remote and self-service channels.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk into the bank.
- Coordinate the branch flow, ensuring that clients are assisted efficiently and that the queue runs smoothly.
- Provide exceptional client service, answering questions, and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
- Assist clients at the ATM and help them complete transactions on various remote and self-service channels.
- Gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Requirements:
- No experience necessary, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is required.
- Ideal Requirements:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Knowledge:
- Basic calculations
- How to engage with people
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn
- Ideal Knowledge:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
- Skills:
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & relationship management Skills
- Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
