Canva, together with the National Youth Development Agency, is looking for young creators across Sub‑Saharan Africa who can design practical templates that make a real difference. Think about templates for WhatsApp price lists, invoices, business cards, social media posts, or even “link‑in‑bio” pages that small shops and freelancers can use right away.
If you’re new to design, that’s fine—first‑time designers can apply too. All you need is a Canva account and a spark of creativity.

How to Enter the Challenge

Create a Template
Use Canva to design a template that helps African entrepreneurs. Ideas include:- WhatsApp price lists
- Invoice templates
- Social media post layouts
- Email templates
- Brand kit essentials
- Creator rate cards

Fill Out the Submission Form
Go to the official entry form and upload your design. (The form link is in the original post.) -
Add a Short Story
Write a brief artist statement (no more than 150 words). Explain who the template is for and how it will help them.
You can submit one template per entry but you’re welcome to submit more than one if you want to try multiple ideas.
