Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Risk Management Assistant – Collections and Recoveries. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for service in the banking industry and a keen eye for analyzing and monitoring financial data.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, monitor, and report on book segmentation, tactical strategies, campaigns, and solutions for pre-delinquent, collections, and recoveries.

  • Research, design, implement, and monitor optimal risk management solutions for systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform case study and root cause analysis on pre-delinquent, arrears, and non-performing loans.
  • Perform arrears follow-up, monitoring, and control as required.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in collections and/or recoveries, ongoing-risk or credit management, or operational experience
  • Good understanding of credit and corporate legislation and processes
  • Banking and financial services industry practice
  • Collections and recoveries systems and processes
  • Operations and process management
  • National Credit Act (NCA)
  • Retail and/or Business credit products (Fixed term and facilities)
