- Load customers’ cars, delivery trucks and transfer trucks quickly and the right way.
- Count and stack items accurately to avoid missing stock.

- Help customers find what they need and answer simple product questions.
- Bag items such as stone, sand or other bulk products when asked.
- Work with the delivery and transfer drivers to make sure loads are correct.
- Join regular stock‑takes and help count items accurately.
- Follow the supervisor’s directions and pitch in with extra tasks when required.
