South African Breweries (SAB) Invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Graduate Internship Programme Vacancies. The closing date for applications is 30 September 2026.
What the internship is about
SAB’s Graduate Internship Programme is a 24‑month, paid learning path that helps fresh graduates start a career in the brewing world.
- You will move between different parts of the business every six months.
- Each move (called a “rotation”) gives you real‑world tasks, not just classroom theory.
- The program follows the 70‑20‑10 model, which means you learn mainly from doing work (70 %), from mentors and teammates (20 %), and from short courses or training (10 %).
Why you might like it
- Two‑year paid contract – you earn while you learn.
- Clear progression – regular performance checks decide if you move to the next rotation.
- Hands‑on projects – work on real problems that matter to the company.
- Mentoring and training – senior staff will guide you and you’ll attend short classes.
- Future job options – finish the programme and you can apply for a permanent role with SAB.
