    • Share what works and what needs fixing.
  2. Create and run learning experiences

    • Help design online courses and training modules for a mixed audience of students, NGOs, and government staff.
    • Support live virtual sessions using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slido.
    • Look at post‑session surveys and data to see how well participants learned.
  3. Support global community engagement

    • Keep an eye on the Academy’s online groups and discussion boards.
    • Help plan virtual “Open House” events and community meet‑ups.
    • Write short posts for LinkedIn and other channels to spread the word.
    • Connect with practitioners and partners worldwide.
  4. Assist with communications and outreach

    • Draft newsletters, briefing notes, and visual content.
    • Work with the communications team to keep the message clear and engaging.

  • Love for new tech – curiosity about AI, digital tools, and how they can solve real‑world problems.
  • Research chops – ability to read complex material, pick out the important bits, and present them simply.
  • Strong English – clear writing and speaking, plus basic presentation skills.
  • Team player – comfortable working with people from many cultures and time zones.
