About the Programme
Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) has opened applications for its 2025 YES Programme.
The programme is part of a national effort to give young South Africans who are not employed a chance to learn how a big logistics company works.
- You’ll spend 12 months learning about warehousing, moving goods, planning routes, and how to act professionally at work.
- There are 25 lessons that mix classroom‑style learning with hands‑on tasks.
- The training will happen over the BIL “YES platform,” a set of online tools and videos.

Who Can Apply?
- Finished Grade 12 or a similar qualification.
- 18 to 34 years old and meet the Employment Equity (EE) requirements.
- Not working a regular job, not in school during the programme, and never participated in a YES programme before.
- Enjoys the idea of working with vehicles, trucks, and big moving units.
- Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks.
- In some places a valid Code 08 driver’s licence may be required.
What They’ll Expect From You
- A full 12‑month commitment with no part‑time or holiday breaks.
- Complete all 25 lessons on the YES platform.
- Build a portfolio of evidence (photos, reports, videos) that shows what you have learned.
- Submit the portfolio at the end so BIL can see your progress.
