What is the Exxaro 2026 Graduate Programme?
Exxaro’s Graduate Programme is a three‑year training plan that helps new graduates get ready for jobs in mining, energy, and related fields. The program helps you learn technical skills, become industry ready, and start building leadership abilities.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to students who have finished an NQF 8 Honours degree (a four‑year university course) in the following subjects:
