Capitec Bank is seeking suitably qualified applicants to fill the position of Sandton Dealer Forex (Sales) GT. As a Dealer Forex, you will be responsible for managing currency exposures and internal and external customer relationships of Business Bank in respect of Forex.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the currency exposures and internal and external customer relationships of Business Bank in respect of Forex
- Develop and implement effective Forex trading strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in Forex trading in a dealing room (banking, insurance, corporate environment)
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Compliance within risk and regulatory frameworks
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Banking or Finance
- Knowledge of Forex market and financial issues, Forex standards, practices and principles, Dealing room operations, Banking Code of Practise, FICA and related anti-money laundering legislation, Relationship and stakeholder management principles, Client relationship practices, and Fundamental IT systems
- Analytical, Interpersonal and Relationship management, Attention to Detail, Decision making, Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), and Numerical Reasoning skills
Ideal Candidate:
- Business bank environment, including Credit Risk Manual, Securities Manual, and Bank policies and Procedures
