### Purpose Statement

### Experience
#### Minimum:
* 3 to 6 months of experience in client-facing roles within the retail, financial, or banking sectors
* If you don’t have experience, a relevant tertiary qualification can be considered
#### Ideal:
* More than 1 year of experience in client-facing roles within the retail, financial, or banking sectors
* A proven track record of sales and client facing experience
### Qualifications (Minimum)
* Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent
### Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field
* Certification in Finance or Banking
### Knowledge
#### Minimum:
* Knowledge of basic calculations
* Understanding of a retail/consumer service environment
#### Ideal:
* Knowledge of Capitec Bank products
* Understanding of internal business processes and procedures
* Familiarity with organisational policies, including the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP)
### Skills
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
### Conditions of Employment
* A clear criminal and credit record
* Detectable/recognisable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
